1. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing and using the consulting services offered by Sophia Torba constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of Service

Sophia Torba provides foreign trade consulting services specialized in the export of leather goods and luxury technical accessories from Spain to international markets. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Advice on international logistics and customs management.
• Positioning strategies for Spanish brands in the global luxury sector.
• Consulting for commercial expansion.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with prior notice.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. Of the Client

The client agrees to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information necessary for the provision of the service. They are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.

3.2. Of the Consultant

Sophia Torba undertakes to exercise professional diligence in the provision of advisory services, based on the information provided by the client and current regulations.

4. Limitation of Liability

The consulting services are informative and advisory in nature. Sophia Torba does not guarantee specific commercial results and will not be responsible for commercial decisions made by the client based on such advice. Liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

5. Payment and Renewal Conditions

Fees will be detailed in the individual service proposal. Payments are due prior to the provision of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. No refunds will be made once the service has begun, except for reasons attributable to the consultant.

6. Modification and Termination

Sophia Torba reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be effective upon their publication on this page.

Either party may terminate the service relationship by providing written notice with 30 days' advance notice.
